Gayden Day, Principal
Gayden has over 26 years experience in all facets of marketing – serving as a chief strategist, a rainmaker, a realist and producer. She has developed her understanding of marketing, sales and operational disciplines firsthand – working, managing and leading teams within a variety of industries.
Throughout her career, Gayden has learned that change is about moving swiftly and having the courage to make informed decisions and enact them before a host of encumbering factors get in the way. That is why companies like AMD, Amdocs, Boeing IDS, Game Stop, F1 Grand Prix,
Halliburton, JCPenney, GES and Freeman have sought her consult. Whether it is working with issues such as the privatization of NASA's space program or the rollout strategy and launch plan for global wireless Internet services, her experience and intellectual capital provide insight and indisputable value to client relationships.
Steve Ringer, Creative Director
Steve is unique among marketing professionals, having worked as a writer and an art director at some of the top agencies in the Southwest. He’s written, art directed or managed advertising campaigns for clients such as Blockbuster, Anheuser-Busch, Pepsi, Microsoft, Adobe, Budget Rent-a-Car, Embassy Suites Hotels, Grandy’s Restaurants and more over the course of his 20+ year career. Steve combines award-winning creative with strategic insight and speaks both “client” and “creative” equally well.
Steve is a big believer in the big idea, and constantly pushes to find new and unique solutions to his clients’ marketing needs.
Jason Guthery, Director of Interactive Technologies
As Director of Interactive Technologies, Jason oversees Rocket Red’s interactive team leading web development and programming. He brings to the agency more than a decade of experience in B2B and B2C web development and programming execution, systems administration, database design and query optimization. Jason’s a strong back-end developer with a broad skill set and has shown to be a savvy online business strategist - he “gets” it from the client’s perspective. He effortlessly communicates to the client the complicated nuances and jargon of the interactive world. Jason’s experience also includes usability and Human Interface adherence, creative design and quality assurance testing.
Prior to joining Rocket Red, he served as the lead developer with CAVOK Group where he developed and managed business critical applications for the aviation industry. Throughout his career, Jason has worked with an impressive list of clients including Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, United Continental Holdings, Whataburger, Bimbo Bakeries USA, RadioShack, American Airlines Center, McDonalds, Sony, BBDO Detroit and ITN Networks.
